Cesk Freixas (Sant Pere de Riudebitlles, 1984) started his career as a singer and songwriter in 2004. Since then and until today, has released six recordings, has published two poetry books and has conducted more than 1,500 performances.

PROPOSTA (PROPOSAL) is the sixth Cesk Freixas album. After claiming a renewed and powerful sound with the previous album (PROTESTA, 2014), the singer of Sant Pere de Riudebitlles is back to the road with 13 uninterrupted years of experience dedicated to the craft of making songs. Again, the alliance with Víctor Nin, inseparable guitarist who accompanies him since 2006 (that arranged and produced their last three albums), demonstrate the validity and originality of this union. With PROPOSTA, Cesk Freixas connects with the side more constructive and positive of the his ideological tradition, with the reflection and self-criticism, and suggesting us that the shift towards hard sounds, and sometimes more Mediterranean, justifies the intention to continue updating the aesthetics of the songs of freedom.
